Satisfying and dedicated employees play a crucial role in a company’s success. They are the internal experts and through their everyday work, have the best understanding of the potential for improvement of the company.
On behalf of SapientNitro, we developed a preliminary study to develop a user-friendly in-house survey platform. We primarily paid particular attention to the communication strategy for the internal marketing of the tool and secondly, to the simplicity of the application itself. The process started with benchmarking and then carried on by creating personas based on the first User Needs of the target group. In order to acquire the exact requirements of the user-centric tool, the User Needs were transformed into the corresponding User Experience principals to provide a basis for the interaction concept.

In a close cooperation with the company departments, the requested content was consolidated, prioritized and elaborated. Together with the interaction concept, the building blocks were translated into a unified approach and tested through interactive wireframes.
